FWIW I have absolutely zero trust issues with it, but if I did- well, affairs start at schools and churches and pretty much every other workplace around too 

Megan is cute, she gets hit on to an extent but 99.9% of it is just good natured joking from people that know her pretty well and she has the personality to throw it right back at anybody that might be over the line.  When she's working there I almost always go in and have dinner with her, and I'll go help her if it's super busy, but otherwise I'm usually either working too, or off playing cards with some buddies, or whatever.  Most of the attractive female bartenders or waitresses I know are smart enough to simply put the kibosh on any uncalled for hanky-panky before it has a chance to get out of hand.
