I didn't read all the replies...just a few, as a matter of fact.

You can get a lot of input from this forum, and many other ideas and thoughts. But it's an in-house decision. Don't go at her with "the guys on AgTalk said....." Not a good plan. 

In my own mind, if she comes home from her new job one night a week and all she hears from you (I'm not saying it's all you say, I'm saying all she actually hears) is "who'd you see?"  "what'd they say?"  "have any trouble?" and so on, it's not going to be well received.  Support comes in more forms than "oh, I guess I don't care, if it's really what you think you need to do".
