under The maple tree
I’m 13 years out from mine. I had them done 3 wks apart around thanksgiving. Three weeks was plenty of time for the orthoscopic to heal. Mine was done by a surgeon who had done fellowship in hand surgery and I think it made a difference. I pulled the stitches myself after a week.

I think I laid pretty low for about 2 weeks then got back to life. Pressure to the middle/base of palm was excruciating for a while, maybe 6 months. I think if you have good braces/gloves you should be good to go pretty quickly.

I honestly can’t remember which hand I did first, I think I did my dominant hand first and then my left.
