Berks County Pa. | You can do "light duty" stuff immediately. When I had mine done orthoscopically about 10 years ago they said "don't do anything that hurts" They said that you will not undo it but make it heal more slowly if you keep doing stuff that hurts. I think that I was pretty much back to ormal in a few weeks. In just a few days I could do a lots of things.
Do not put if off. It will only get worse and at some point it becomes un-repairable | |
