I believe in where is as is, if the components are on the machine when he looked at it then they are part of the deal and are part of the deal,
Unfortunate it wasn’t discussed, I understand was different views of the same thing, but whatever is bolted together is part of the trade unless discussed in my view.
Is it assumed Deere Greenstar equipment go in with a trade in?
