Subject: RE: A question for China experts?

Near-north Ontario, French River
If it did come from a bat,or any of the other critters that have been suggested,it’s unlikely if was from eating it. More than likely it was transferred through a scratch, bite, inhalation of dander, dust from feces, fecal contamination etc etc. As others have stated, insanely dense population densities (driven by poverty, population, societal structures etc),regional environmental factors ( hot ,humid, poor quality water/air),poor healh care, and even mistrust of the government all play a part. FWIW, while it covid originated in China, I still don’t believe it was anything intentional, such as a bio weapon. Could they have handled things better ? Sure but they probably believed they could control it,until they couldn’t,,,at which point it was too late.
