I’ll readily admit I know little about the oriental culture, so why are these things so apt to start there. Let’s stay civil fellas, but curiosity is killing me. 

In addition to all that was mentioned - their living quarters are much more tighter then a hog finishing set up (or poultry/beef). Generations of families live in very, very small accommodations, together. Now the working conditions are no different (very tight cramped) and the open air markets where refrigerated items are sold (with no refrigeration) along with all product and other goods in very, very tight cramped conditions. Now throw in the poor sanitation and hygiene, due to conditions . . . .  .
