I feel 249 is to high. Our FMMO has the area I am in at about 275 average SCC The heat in the summer is a killer here. Guys in newer barns are getting it under control with better ventilation. I am not there yet.
Yes I have checked for stray voltage. I couldn't find it till the breaker box went into meltdown.
SCC what re you doing to lower yours?
