Have you ever checked for stray voltage? Not to be demeaning but isn't 249,000 pretty high now days? Sorry I haven't had dairy cows in some time and at that time we had a stantion type barn with matts and used dry sawdust and we ran about 150,000 tops.. For awhile we had problems and it was actually our milking machines not being able to handle the production level at the time as well as the vacuum regulator not being accurate.. So many variables.... Good luck~
