Nw Iowa | I agree on the geo thermal, tax credits aren’t as good Now, more long term maintenance and pretty big electrical load. Ours 10 yrs ago cost very little with the tax credits and how they were figured ( definition was pretty broad what was part of heating system). We had some issues, some of it due to installer and went to a LP burner for floor heat in garage and floor heat in basement. | |
