ICF = Insulated Concrete Forms
They're made out of Styrofoam
We poured our basement and it was far cheaper to spray the inside than ICF.
Also, we looked into the smart side but decided against it after seeing others with rot issue and the manufacturer recommendation to re caulk everything every 5 years. Our house would have called for 6 cases of caulking.
