| Should be a feet EPD. Plenty of breeders chasing EPD numbers for obvious reasons, will ignore the feet completely and try to get volume discount from the hoof trimmers. Make it a metric and they'll chase that one too. Bad feet hurts the cowman and the feedlot. Calving ease, of course they hate because there's no benefit to that in the feedlot side, but cowmen are strong folks so can probably hold back their tears of guilt :) | |
