Chicken or turkey, to me, would make it dry and not taste right with deer or beef.
Still be a hard pass from me. Again, why not just add more fat from the beef?
What "beef" are you referring to? My original post was about the possibility of adding ground chicken (which I have) to venison (which I have) as a substitute for the ground pork that I used to add before the prospect of a pork shortage d/t the closed/closing packing plants. Beef was never part of the equation. |
