You can get sausage casings in many farm stores, locally that would be Thiesen's and Farm and Fleet or many outdoor sporting goods store, Cabellas, Gander Outdoors, (are they still in business?) They usually have hog casings packed in salt and they need to be soaked and rinsed before using. https://www.psseasoning.com/products/natural-hog-casings-home-pack The last batch of sausage I made I used pre-tubed hog casings I purchased at my local locker plant. They were unbelievabley easy to use. If you're only doing a few pounds here and there it is the way to go. One casing did either 5 or 10 lbs, can't remember.IIRC they cost $2.50 each. They look like this; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EcQuVRFjRxw You can order both types from The Sausage Maker; https://www.sausagemaker.com/natural-sausage-casings-s/1923.htm or LEM Products; https://www.lemproducts.com/product/natural-sausage-casings/sausage-... Another thing, if you don't have a stuffer you can use what's called a jerky cannon. It looks like a calking gun and is $40-60 at the same stores mentioned above; https://www.sausagemaker.com/The-Original-Jerky-Gun-p/23-1029.htm
