The first was a joke. Cock in the casing....aka condom.

Chicken or turkey, to me, would make it dry and not taste right with deer or beef.

Still be a hard pass from me. Again, why not just add more fat from the beef?

That does NOT sound good at all. I'd make fattier beef sausage before I'd start trying to debone a chicken out. Take a HECK of a lot of chickens to make one casing up.


Assuming one was looking to put the sausage in a casing instead of adding it to ground venison.
