Somerville, Indiana | amusing, read where a 'portion' of water melon is 1/2 a cup..
I don't remember eating half a cup of anything, sometimes
after hay/straw, hot, have inhaled 1/2 a water melon or
cantelope..
Most days I have 3 eggs, a couple pounds of sasage, hamburger
without bread and splurge on a potato at times..
Hasn't mattered how many calories are in my meals, it has ben
to do with no sugar/carbohydrates...Over the last two years
have went from 265 to 204/195 depending on soft drinks...I
stihl need to lay off them...No sugar/carbo is the reel deel..
Like my dr and LPN have said, sugar is poisnon...No good can
come of it other than the thought of present enjoyment, then
carry 50 lbs of fat because of it..
I had to lose weight, one knee replaced, three rotor cuff
surgeries, headed to hips, better lose weight instead of more
of that.. | |
