| Most carnivores are eating 1.5 to 3 pounds of meat per day.
They like to eat the fat that comes with it and some butter too. Fat has plenty of calories and when you have been carnivore for a while......your body is pretty much burning fat all of the time and will use its own stores of body fat to account for any daily shortfall of energy needs.
For me, it's GREAT to be eating a carnivore diet.
It's the first period of my life that I am not hungry/hangry all of the time and eating too much of the foods that made me fat. | |
