It took me a while to get off diet soda and artificial sweeteners.
The sweet taste is a reward to the brain and it makes us crave more. After about 6 months I quit having cravings.
Still enjoy just a little bit of berry fruit in my plain yogurt for just a hint of sweet in our desert. Maybe ten blueberries or a couple diced up strawberries. Other than that I have nothing sweet any more and don't miss it.
