| Y’all are all just talking out your ass and don’t understand how real policy is made. No one is gonna expend resources then dump them in the sea. Y’all are right it should work at free market. But that’s never gonna happen again so why even talk about it. But if people knew their government safety net was just smaller. The producers would take a cue from that and react.
