EC SoDak | It’s rather difficult to business plan for when the government will use you as a pawn or other countries questionable practices. Which is my point, fix what’s holding us back, that’s the stuff that caused these programs in the first place. Cutting the programs first does very little to fix the issues.
Similarly, to make a rough equivalency, do you expect a main street business to be financially ready for a shutdown like we are seeing that could go on for months?
