Thanks. Glad it has helped.

The information is out there but don't expect to get it through conventional medical or dietetic channels. Not to mention all the anti-meat propaganda from the animal welfare/vegan side.

Here is another one with Dr Ted Naiman in a Q&A setting. Need to get protein up to a minimum of 15% of the diet and he personally likes 20-30% according to him. Also talks about the cholesterol lean mass hyper responders and how the CAC can give them peace of mind to not worry about the cholesterol levels.
