I think I would advertise it in the delta farm press possibly, maybe a guy in a dead end situation with a defined plan would work out. I personally know of a situation where a farmer who went bankrupt partnered with a established farmer and they both draw the same salary from the farm entity but the firm pays rent to the owner for his equipment and the owner builds more equity. The junior man vests a little in the capital holding entities over time and can purchase more at times I believe but not certain...good luck.
I should add I’ve had my head bitten off for asking questions that I thought were reasonable...it’s my opinion that some to a lot of the responses on this board are from people you might not seek advice from if it were face to face...proverbial separating wheat from chafff... | |
