The young folks who really want to farm are already making it happen by working a good paying outside job that has enough flexibility they can do their farming with vacation days and at night.
Are you willing to sign papers about this “setting them up for life” deal? If not, it’s just talk. And talk doesn’t help a young man build a farm.
What is your definition of “paying really well?” I’ve seen that statement thrown around by a lot of farmers and “really well” to a farmer is usually quite a bit different than “really well” to a modern competitive town employer.
