I suppose I could be wrong but a hard working intelligent individual with a college degree can in some cases make 6 figures in 4-5 years after graduation.
So what type of employee are you looking for? Even if you claim to "set them up for a lifetime" that is still plenty vague.
As a society we are far removed from the good old days(farming) of working 6-7 days a week just to provide for our families.
Many love agriculture but do not love the time demands of it. | |
