What facts are you looking for? I am just stating that it is hard to find young people that want to work in the production area of ag in my area.I am not posting a want ad to try to find what I am looking for here.I am just disappointed that I am having trouble finding a young motivated person that I could turn into a farm manager and eventually help them get started farming on their own.That is it.There are no other facts.
As you found out asking for advice on here subjects you to assumptions, innuendos and all sorts of snide comments from a number of those pretending to want to help. You sound like a competent businessman who asked a legitimate question. You might want to review some of the better responses you have received on your post or on other posts and see if the poster has an email listed. A one on one conversation might be more beneficial. |
