NE Ohio | This is coming from a young guy making a go if it on my own. My town job has a salary that is higher than a farmhand. It also has insurance for my family and benefits. I could never farm what I do now on my own if I was also farming for someone else. Your busy time is my busy time. I can schedule vacation from my town job if i need to.
Where is all this ground you speak of? Id love to have people beating down my door asking me to farm their land. I've had to elbow my way in and fight for every acre I currently have. Maybe throw one of those young guys a bone if you cant find the help to run that much ground. | |
