NorthWest Mississippi | I keep listening to radio talk shows and FFA programs that claim that there are young farmers that want to get into the business but have no avenue? WHERE ARE THEY? I cannot even find competent workers to work for our organization and am getting offers for really good land to rent every day.I do not get it.I pay really well but the young farmers around here want to do it themselves or nothing.There are several in the community I could set up for life but they want it all now and are not interested in putting in the time and effort to build themselves into a very lucrative situation.Oh well. | |
