jdironman - 2/2/2020 08:07 I am 59 yrs old and last yr really fighting stiffness in lower joints, hips and legs. Working on cement for very long just kills me. Alittle overweight but maybe 20 pounds. Still pretty active climbing bins etc. Once I get moving I am fine, did have chemo 20 yrs ago. Sitting in a car for very long and hard to get out. I know part of it old age but it has come on fairly quickly. I do like Dr Pepper but don’t snack excessively. I don’t take any meds other than a low dose of blood pressure medicine. Had a pretty thorough blood work done about 8-9 months ago because of high blood pressure meds and everything pretty normal. Just wondering diet thoughts or any other thoughts.
