Embarrass WI | I took glucosamine for years. Someone on here mentioned that "Osteo Bi-Flex" brand worked better than the generic glucosamine. So I got a bottle and tried it. I agree that it works better. My knees still get stiff if I sit in one position for several hours, like driving, but it's less than it used to be.
Walking helps, too. I walk a minimum of 2 miles every day, unless it's too icy then I pedal an exercise bike for a minimum of 30 minutes.
