Or we did. Right now where we are at we just eat a tin of sardines in olive oil (supplements harder to come by and expensive) . Sometimes half each and sometimes a whole tin each.
We are liking those higher quality sardines so well, we may just skip the fish oil when we get back home and stick with the sardines.
$1.89 per tin here for Brunswick brand in olive oil. High in omega 3 oils. We have tried some more expensive ones, but these are just as good as any and much better than the low end ones.

Anybody have remedy’s for stiffness
