I’m just a couple years older than you and pretty much in the same condition with weight and medicine. I also have the stiffness you describe. Not painful but just takes a bit to get going. I’m just blaming the stiffness on aging. I hope that is what it is. Have noticed it in the past few years. I’ll bet paying attention to diet might help too. But I don’t have any answers.
