Oregon | Thanks. Reason for more protein is to bulk up lifting weights. Lost 60 pounds, now goal is to add muscle and lose a bit more fat. From what I’ve read, I need around 180 to 210 G protein (245 lbs/6’ 7”/32 yrs old). But I don’t know much about it. Goal isn’t to spend 4 hours a day flexing at the gym ripping through my shirt... just want to be strong and in shape, learning as I go. And if I’m working out for an hour a day I’d like to be as efficient as possible. Thanks for the insight, optimum nutrition seems to be what’s best reviewed online too. | |
