As it was said early I like optimum nutrition for protein.
I also like JYM, having 3 proteins (whey, casein, and egg) protein blend whey is a fast absorbing protein. Casein will break down and slower absorption along with the egg, it’s a slower release and continuing to feed you after you have drank it
Anyone use whey protein powder or another supplement?
