Only way I could add mass was to eat 4000+ calories and have 2-3 protein shakes on top of that with whole milk and juice, like a smoothie. I also added a little dextrose and casein protein also. I am not big on chocolate and I’m allergic to peanuts so I always stuck to the fruit flavors or vanilla.
Depending on what you like start with whole milk and you can always add fruits, juice, vegetables, cottage cheese, etc if you’re using a blender. If using a shaker cup basically any liquid will do. The protein powders and basically any supplements in that category that you can get at Walmart are garbage and expensive for what you get.
