Oregon | Interesting stuff. My skepticism is the total health of it, which you guys all hit on. A lot of the protein supplements are 24 G protein, 120 cals, for about .65 cents a serving. Which seems clean for the price but maybe adding a cup of cottage cheese or yogurt and not worrying about the added calories/cost is the way to go.
To add some understanding why I’m even debating or over thinking this is because I’m trying to take in 200 G protein while staying under 2500 calories without breaking the bank. This is just short term, a few months. Have some more fat to lose and muscle to gain. | |
