If you are leaving glacier park drop down to great falls and drive hwy 200 to glendive and then on I-94 through North Dakota. Glacier raft company does a great with 1/2 day trips on west side. If you finish your trip on the west side towards the end of July you could go southwest into flathead and bigfork then around flathead lake maybe there will be a few fresh cherries available. Largest natural freshwater lake west of the Mississippi
Micro breweries are abundant in Montana also and lots of great food
I lived in kalispell mt for 11 years and miss the area still!
Have a blast and if you need any other suggestions my email is good
