McLeod County, MN | Hopefully someday you can build and own the apartment buildings. Apartments seem like a great investment as long as governments are willing to pay the rent like they do around here. All kinds of assistance programs in MN for people renting. Another thing I have seen a few guys do is building storage units around here when things are slow. I know a couple guys that built some and one of them told me it took about 10 years for them to be paid off. Now they are making great money off them and invested by building a few more. Should make decent retirement for them guys. | |
