Subject: RE: Thoughts on owning duplexes

Montana
To Bozeman. I really don't know. The airport is very busy. It's a college town. I figure it's the scenery and lots of outdoor opportunities. Many people complain that there are no job opportunities with the high cost of living here.
It's a mountain valley. So land isn't endless. It's contained in an area. I think the county has a lot to do with demand. The approval of subdivisions is slow and directed in a donut area. Wells are being more regulated now also. They want to keep farmland open with open space bonds which seem to be popular with many farmers. I'd say approaching 50%. There is also regulations on development outside of the donut.
If someone at the bar asks where you're from and I answer here, they don't believe me. So maybe I'll have to ask what made em move here next time.
