Southern Idaho | Those 900k duplexes might be worth 500k in the future. Or maybe 700k? Either way seems expensive to me. Not a good time to be a buyer. If you have something to sell, now is the time to be selling. We are selling some lots for houses on corners of our land and I'm getting a rental house sold right now. In my area real estate is WAY overpriced. Period. Even foreclosures are way overpriced right now. I'm even considering selling the house I'm living in right now....just not sure where I'd live in the meantime. My house has appreciated 30 percent in the 5 years since I bought it.
