Owning multi family housing, sure, thumbs up.
Owning multi family housing that doesn’t create positive cash flow after debt service and ownership expenses, thumbs down.
You may look like a genius 20 years from now if you buy, and if you do, you earned it, because it looks a little pricey and risky at that purchase price to me.
