Considering the hops your signal is taking, you need to make sure the connections are good at each antenna (if possible) and that the antennas are properly aligned if they are directional. Usually in dealing with RF connections outdoors, gooping them up with RTV helps keep any moisture out which really can cause problems.
I would talk with your ISP. If you have low signal, then it will certainly cause this. Frankly, whoever told you to increase memory was just trying to get rid of you. Do you know what kind of antennas they are? If they look like a single pole they are omni-directional. If they are Yagi's (a single pole with spikes at right angles to the main pole) then they are directional. Yagi's are great antennas because you get good gain from them, but they are sensitive to being pointed in the right direction.
