Where does it stink? Basement? Upstairs? Start with your vent on the roof and work down.Does your vent pipe work to draw the gasses and is it open like should be? Try pouring several 5 gallon buckets of water down it to check for leaks. Cast pipe also has a habit of rusting holes in it too.
