nw pa | It looks like that tee with the plug in it in upper left of picture is a vent.. .take that whole contraption out of the cleanout put a four by four by three inch wye into the space the p trap is in now. then put a 45 into the wye to come straight up. . then another three by three by two tee pointing towards the line I think is a vent then , tie vent line into the two inch part of tee. This will give you a vent line.. out the top of the tee you can put a three inch elbow. If your careful when you cut the old p trap out you will have enough length to go into elbow. Put a clean out plug into the end of the wye.. This is all hinging on the line I think is a vent. keep it all fairly tight so your p trap and pipe is not so high the washer won't pump it. May have to cut off a few inches of p trap pipe.
