NW Iowa. / SW Arizona | I know of two men that went on this diet with in the last year and both lost a lot and have so far kept it off. They both were very impressed with it. One is in his 50’s and has also started running something he thought he’d never do but loves it. He’s lost the most between the two which I’m sure attributes to the bigger loss. The other is in the lower 70’s but doesn’t run but still has lost over 40 pounds since last summer.
