NE SD | People that I know that stuck with it have had great luck. The biggest issue, just like any other diet is sticking to it and really wanting to do it. I don't know the specifics of what you can and can't eat, but it can't be much different than any other diet in that you have to cut down on intake. Truthfully it's probably a lot healthier than most do it yourself diets since you have a "coach" helping you along with your eating plans.
Trying to lose weight sucks, but once you start seeing results, you're going to feel a lot better.
Maybe try starting a little mini diet on your own before starting so it's not quite such a shock to the system when you start the Sanford thing.
