rrv, nd | I'm not on the Sanford diet, but on a different low carb one. I'm down 40 lbs since Jan. 22. It's not that hard once one make up your mind and do it. Best decision I made in a long time. So much easier on knees/body not carrying the extra weight around. Calving season I have more energy. 10 more lbs to go, then will see what to do. Put your mind to it, you can do it!!!! Good luck.
