C IL

yes

yes.  I was shocked when the local agronomist said some farmers don't use MRTN.  But I'm young and an internet user.

yes, usually.  This year we grew 319 bu corn in the 1/2 mile plot on 180lbs actual N.  And grew 140bu corn in the same field in a wet corner (replanted after the April massacre) on 180 lbs of N.  Should have scouted better.  Agronomist said the 140bu corn was out of N.  Saturation and leaching and whatnot.  Preplant NH3.  No stabilizer.  I have a hard time gassing all the little bugs in the soil.

We need better in-field modeling of N movement.
