That is the biggest challenge in an organic system - almost always run a nitrogen deficit situation. Likely a strong red clover stand after wheat (frost seeding) would provide 80-100 units of N in your neighborhood. But corn after beans? Not great choices. Keep posting what you are doing as well as the OP. Interesting systems.
