You know I used to think that worms have limits,but the longer we notill the more amazed I am at what amt of residue they can turn over. It would be interesting to do some research on your farm as far as worm counts and species in your organic mixed till/notill environment. There's been decent work done in long term notill already so it'd be nice to compare. If anyone has been to the natl notill meeting esp several years ago they will remember the French Canadian worm lady that either couldn't or wouldn't pronounce organism correctly. Every time she said orgasm the older crowd of men started laughing like schoolboys. Was funny but after the 10th time it lost it's charm...but I digress.
