Subject: Pictures of no-till residue. Who needs a plow?

East central Indiana
First picture is corn being planted into cereal rye April, 2016. The rye was inter-seeded into standing corn October, 2015

Second picture is the corn residue on the ground November, 2016. Rye, rape and radishes were again inter- seeded into standing corn stalks.

Third picture is me planting beans into the standing rye in May, 2017. Notice how thick the residue is.

Fourth picture is wheat I drilled in October, 2017. Notice not much residue considering all the cover in the pictures above and no- till.

Amazing how much worms can consume.
